Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your Z3 piece — but if it’s not quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, scent, or damage
  • Tags must be attached and the piece must be returned exactly as received
  • Items returned without approval or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@thez3.com with your order number and request
  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions
  3. You must ship the item back within 3 days of receiving return approval

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return parcels

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued only once the returned item is received and inspected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without tags
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Returns sent without prior approval
