  • If located in Amman, Jordan, please contact us at support@thez3.com as delivery may be possible depending on availability.

We do not ship outside these regions at this time.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed via our trusted courier partners
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are covered by the customer
  • These charges are not included in your checkout total and may be requested by your local customs office upon delivery

Tracking Your Order
