All items listed on our website are subject to availability. Because we operate in limited drops:
- Items may sell out quickly and will not be restocked
- We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time
3. Orders & Payments
When you place an order:
You agree that all details provided are accurate and complete
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal)
4. Shipping
We currently ship to the following regions:

- Europe
- United Arab Emirates
- If located in Amman, Jordan, please contact us at support@thez3.com as delivery may be possible depending on availability.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination.
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Z3 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen events.
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the regions listed above.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Z3 piece — but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original condition
- All tags are attached
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, makeup stains, or scent
Important:
- Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@thez3.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
